Jennifer Shields graduated from Sinclair Community College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in 1998 as a Paraglegal. She joined RG Properties in 2005 in the Development Department working along side in-house counsel.
In 2007 she transitioned into Property Management in 2007 and was recently promoted to Assistant Property Manager and Lease Administator.
