A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in business, Todd’s real estate career began in 2001 with RG Properties in Leasing after 15 years of sales and business management experience.
Since then Todd has completed over 180 lease/purchase transactions with a value of over $40 million.
Todd provides lease negotiation services for RG Properties’ portfolio in the 4 state area of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky as well as tenant representation and site selection services.
The majority of his transactions were with an extensive list of national retailers such as Fashion Bug, Cato, Rent-A-Center, Great Clips, Radio Shack, Sally Beauty, Sherwin Williams, MC Sports, JoAnn Fabrics, Shoe Show, Five Guys Burgers, Coldstone Creamery and many more.
Todd recently received his Commercial Specialist and Property Management Specialist Designations.
